How to Resolve "Already Processed Files"

If you are seeing this error, it means there is a file on your SFTP server that wasn't archived and you are trying to process the exact same file twice. Here is a screenshot of the error:

You can delete the file off your SFTP server. The Modern Dropship system backs up every file it receives so it can be used for user audit and retries. You can retrieve this file at any point in the future.
